Jason Miller

Bodyformulas Inc -Est. 2002, is owned and operated by Master Trainer, Jason Miller.  Jason specializes in 12 week transformations and has trained more than 1500 people to get in shape throughout his 19 year career.

 

He is certified through The National Federation of Professional Trainers, with further NFPT accreditation as a Resistance, Endurance and Nutrition Specialist. Jason has wrestled, played football, soccer and track as well as competed and won in bodybuilding. 

 

Jason has unsurpassed methods of record setting transformations, and an immeasurable desire and commitment to client goals. Results are guaranteed and achieved in both group and individual training using multiple progress tracking methods! With years of experience in youth, college, adult, sport and pre-military training, people of all ages and fitness levels, are encouraged to participate.

Nancy McDaniel

Nancy McDaniel is an Elite Personal Trainer through ISSA. She started her personal training business, Formula For Fitness, in 2007. She trains clients of all ages but specializes in fitness for older adults. Nancy is a Fitness Nutrition and Exercise Therapy Specialist.

 

Nancy will take the time to listen to you, to understand who you are, and what you want to achieve. 

She will design a fitness program that specifically meets your needs. She wants you to make fitness a part of your everyday life, something that you look forward to and enjoy.

Mike David

Mike David has been a certified trainer for over 5 years. His certifications include NCCPT, advanced certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist (both from The National Academy of Sports Medicine).

 

Mike has been an athlete his entire life, playing basketball, football, baseball and as a sponsored golfer. He specializes in sport specific training, strength and conditioning and powerlifting. To date he has helped over 100 clients reach their goals.

Chelsea Wojciechowski

Chelsea Wojciechowski is currently going to school at Michigan State University to obtain a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion.

 

Chelsea is using this degree to help individuals become their best self through proper nutrition and exercise. She herself has trained to participate in powerlifting meets, but is currently focused on functional training.
