We are a family owned gym and have been open now for 18 years. Back in October 2016 we changed our name from a Powerhouse Gym to Iron Pride Gym. The name represents the pride of accomplishments in the gym, pride for our business and pride as in "family". We are proud to be one of the last real gyms in MI.

Our members include record holding power lifters, strongman competitors, fitness and figure competitors, as well as teens, women and men who are looking to work out for health and wellness. Our oldest member is a woman who is over 90 years old. We are equipt for all types of training. We want to be able to provide a gym that anyone and everyone can come to and feel comfortable, successful, have fun and never feel judged.

Our equipment includes Rogue R-3 power rack with Monolift attachments, Rogue glute ham developer, Forza bench, Bumper Plates, sleds, tires, crossfit equipment, dumbbells up to 150#, Battle Ropes, cardio and strength machines and so much more. We are continuously adding more equipment based on what our members want.
